Vacation Rental Owners

  • Service completed prior to each guest check-in when home is rented
  • Once per week service when home is not rented. This ensures that your hot tub is always ready for guests, ensures that the water does not freeze during winter months, and proactive determination of future problems are caught to minimize cost, downtime, and risk. We will work with you to help determine the best maintenance agreement for your spa's intended usage and your preferences.

Warrantied Work

All service and maintenance completed by Hot Tubs at Sunriver comes with a warranty. Manufacturer's warranties are also honored.
